I arrived home on 4 27 24.and was ill well into May 5th I called a 24 hour nurse with my personal ins. I also called a 24 hr nurse on 5 7 24.

My claim was for an ER visit and subsequent surgery.The hospital in Australia was able to file directly with them after I provided claim information and provided the number for a Seven Corner advisor to discuss. While it took a few weeks to finalize all of the payments, it was relatively painless on my part. The only reason the rating isn't 5 stars is due to my initial discussions with the advisors (during the night in the US). I would advise calling during business hours in the US if at all possible. The advisors that I spoke with during business hours were very knowledgeable and helpful.
