    It would have been a 5 star rating but the processor missed a receipt I'd provided. That precipitated an exchange of emails. But the problem was corrected and a full payment received. Otherwise the claims process is easy and payment is made quickly.

    Since I just filed my claim, I wouldn't be able to comment on the results of that claim. Although, I did receive an email acknowledging my claim was received. Hoping for a positive result and quick settlement.

    I spoke to a representative from Detour a few days ago. She said “The check is in the mail.” I haven’t received it yet. Stay tuned!
    Dealing with Detour was a pleasant experience. Their staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.

    My claim was appropriately handled in a timely manner. After I submitted the additional documentation requested the process was completed quickly and I was fully reimbursed for my trip.
