    When calling the number provided it is VERY frustrating to have to click through many steps for 15 MINUTES and then have to leave a message that will not be returned for another 4 days! TERRIBLE customer service.

    We provided them with all the documentation and now they are asking for it in every single person's name, including the other travelers we were with. I will never ever purchase travel insurance again from that company or go through you as an agent. See attached letter:

    Thank you for the information regarding your Trip Interruption claim. Your claim number is 02586036. Please refer to this number when communicating with us about your claim.

    In order to process your claim further we appreciate you sending the following documentation so that we can continue our review:
    • Travel Documents showing you were staying at the location with Shaiela Bhuiyan, the invoice provided is not in your name. Please provide a hotel invoice listing the travelers staying at the location and a flight itinerary/boarding passes for Shaiela Bhuiyan.
    • Proof of Payment for Krystal Grand Los Cabos Reservation to Resort - Copy of credit card or bank statement/paid invoice
    • Proof of your portion of the Trip payment - Copy of credit card or bank statement showing amount you paid for Krystal Grand Los Cabos
    • Flight Itinerary/Boarding Passes of Flights Actually Flown
    • Original Complete Round Trip Flight Itinerary- Copy of flight itinerary showing travelers, flight information, dates of travel, costs & payments for the airfare
    • Proof of Payment - Copy of credit card or bank statement if not already provided within airfare invoice
    • Proof of Reason - Documentation from the airline stating the reason for delay/cancellation

    Our trip was cancelled but since we had the 15 day trial included as part of the purchase and were in that time period, we were able to get our money returned without any hassles at all. That was a huge relief and very much appreciated!!

    So my flight, on a Sat morning, kept repeatedly being delayed due to technical difficulties. Tried contacting customer service—24 hour—and it said no one was available until Mon morning during reg business hours. Useless! Glad I paid for what I did. In the end, the flight left, just several hours later than scheduled. So, if I needed this insurance on the day and time, it was not available. Pointless. 0 stars for this company.
