We had a problem. They were very responsive and it did not thankfully require any claims.

I left a message and never got a call back. It was impossible to speak with anyone. I sent multiple documents but was continually asked to resend the same documents

We were unable to go on our trip due to an unexpected surgery before the trip, but all payments were refunded. We contacted Generali and are planning to utilize the insurance for the trip when we travel later this year and after we purchase flights and rentals and finalize our plans. They provided us with an email link to get this done and hope to finalize the trip plans this summer and then travel later in the year.

Great pricing when compared to other insurers. Easy to work with. I priced the policy based on my age at the time of the trip. SquareMouth noted we were contracting for the insurance before my birthday and reduced our cost. We plan to use them for future trips.

Getting set up with a policy was very easy and convienient. Very glad a claim wasn't needed, but peace of mind knowing it was there.

We had to cancel
Our trip as my husband broke his femur then had a kidney stone attack so we couldn’t go any where. They handled everything beautifully and received back the check so we’re very 😃 happy.
