    Global alert has not had the courtesy of returning my phone calls. I even tried the "emergency 24/7" phone number, leaving my phone number on both calls.
    I was injured on debarkation and I may not be able to go on the January cruise, which I was calling Global Alert regarding that. I have opened a claim in the case that I will not be able to go on that cruise which has been fully paid for. I hope I will be able to in that it was planned to celebrate my 80th Birthday.

    This was my 1st experience with trip insurance. I had questions and called customer service for help. They were able to guide me to the policy I needed, and calmed my worries. Fortunately, I did not need to file a claim. I highly recommend this company.

    I have been unable to download the claim forms. I have tried to contact customer service with no response. I have requested 3 times to have claims sent to my home and have still not received them.

    It’s hard to pick through the different policies offered, but the people in customer service can recommend the best policy based on your answers to their questions about your trip.
