    Trip insurance is always a good investment if chosen wisely. Squaremouth allows you almost unlimited options from which to choose.

    I did the ordering on-line;I had read good reviews about Travel Guard, so that's why I selected this product.

    I didn't need to make a claim, but it was a small price to pay (for having insurance) for having peace of mind, if there was an emergency, knowing that I had coverage.

    nothing extraordinary;
    if it's about squaremouth, hands-down the best place to buy travel insurance from. it didn't hurt that just a few days after we came back, I read an article in outside magazine recommending only them.

    thank God we didn't get to use it.

    All was done online... there was no customer service contact.

    I have not yet received any claim forms. They were supposed to be emailed to me, but never received. I called and email was attempted again with no luck. I was told the forms would be UPS mailed to me and I have not received them yet.
    I am at a loss to understand this.
