After I found a number to call, I was told to submit my documents by email after doing so I tried to submit the claim with my signature, but was unable to do so because it was missing the documents. I called again and spoke to someone on the phone who said they would submit my claim on my behalf. I was asked to submit actual payment proof that I paid for the cruise. All I could give them was my statement showing that I had charged my credit card and that I was actually allowed to take the cruise , which wouldn’t have been possible if I hadn’t paid for it it’s taking a very very long time to get any response. I called again to check on the claim and I was told it would take at least 20 days after they had everything so I’m still waiting to hear from them , it’s only like a $256 claim for my son’s medical expense when he got an ear infection during the cruise so I don’t know what the hold up is.

I did call them once about a question and they answered fairly quickly and helped. Even thought I didn't need to use my travel insurance I would still pick them again due to good customer service (before trip) and price.
