I called them twice they are still working on my claim. 2 months later. I am not claiming much but after I sent in all the documents it should not take that long. I hope it’s resolved soon. Thank you for your help!

The phone numbers, I have 5 different ones to file a claim get me to no one, just an endless loop of the same menu. I do not have the skills to upload documents on my computer. I now have a packet of 50 pieces of paper that I am mailing to them. All for a reimbursement request of $171.00. I have spent HOURS trying to get to the right people, the right forms,?the right documentation. It is ridiculous!
