After filing my claim with WorldTrips and providing all the documentation required to support the claim, I waited patiently to hear back from the company. I fully expected to have a battle with the insurance company to resolve my claim. However, in about two weeks after filing the claim I received a check in the mail that completely satisfied my wife and I about our claim. We will definitely use WorldTrips and Squaremouth again in the future for every trip that we take.

June 9, 2023Lesley from TX Verified Squaremouth CustomerExcellent result from my claim, I was totally satisfied and will definitely use this (these) company (ies) again. This is the first time I've ever had to claim so I wasn't sure how the process was going to work out.
The only thing I would add is that I found it very onerous having to upload a whole lot of paperwork online, when I was only actually claiming for two aspects. If I ever have to claim again, I'd try to opt for doing it the "old" paperwork & mailing method!

I contacted Atlas and they emailed me the paper version which I manually filled out and mailed. I appreciate that they emailed me confirmation that it had been received. Two weeks later I received a check in the mail with my refund.
