I liked that they had a policy that did not carry coverage for items I was not interested in and thereby reduced the cost.

During Trip
I did not have any need to contact the carrier during the trip.

I called at the last minute, so documentation via email was excellent. The paper copy was waiting for me when I returned home. I have no idea when it arrived, so I can't evaluate how quickly that part of the process took.

During Trip
I did not need to use the insurance during the trip.

Everything was done online and I had no personal contact with anyone. Documentation was delivered promptly on line as promised.

During Trip
I had no need to contact the insurance carrier during my trip, so cannot rate customer service.

I had no need to submit a claim.
