There is no help when purchasing the insurance online and when it was needed I didn’t check the right box and when I needed it I didn’t have insurance. I travel a lot and would never use your insurance again

My flight was canceled and BA was unable to provide rebooking assistance. I got on the chat with Jane and she helped me navigate the process, helping me get back home without having to file a claim at all, the best possible outcome for everyone!

My 2nd flight was delayed 24 hours due to a maintenance issue with Delta. I contacted Battleface since I had an extensive policy and was told by the agent that my plan ONLY covered trip cancellation (and not delay!). I find that absolutely ridiculous (and knew it wasn’t true given my policy summary).
When I returned, I got a competent agent (but shouldn’t have had to try twice). They require a TON of documents to file a simple claim though also and don’t give any per form, just actual expenses and need proof of payment t for things you aren’t even trying to get reimbursed for.
