Just before we were to leave on our trip, I remembered that I had not updated the dates for our departure and return. I called customer care. The woman on the line was very helpful, and jumped through a few hoops, and made the adjustment to the correct dates. I felt like she really cared that my issue got resolved in a positive manner. She didn't just treat me like a number.

I did speak with a woman at Squaremouth directly as I’m not comfortable with not speaking to an actual person. She was patient, friendly and did not make any attempt to lead me to an expensive policy but rather saved me from myself and what I was contemplating purchasing since I was only going to be gone for a month. She did assure me they could help with the claim process as needed should I need to do so. So as far as it went, my interaction with the company was more than satisfactory.
