    Claim request was sent to nation wide & they say they need more information even though the receipt for medical services was provided to them. Looks like a ploy to deny the claim. We were stuck in a non English speaking country & had to avail of doctor available through tour manager who arranged it for sudden unexpected medical service & medication.

    After purchasing our policy with Nationwide, we decided to change our cruise destination to another cruise. I reached out to Nationwide and asked to change our policy to the new cruise. Within a very short time, Nationwide complied with our request.

    Still waiting to hear something about my claim. I'm a little concerned it was not received, so I will have to follow up. Until I get reimbursed, per the insurance policy, it's premature for me to rate the company. I was hoping it would be taken care of by now.

    I had to cancel the trip for a covered reason and file a claim. Nationwide customer service was outstanding to work with, the claims process was easy, and the claim was processed and paid expeditiously.

    Trips interruption, loss 4 days to get in NCL cruise , American Airline delayed and cancel flight.
    NCL air department precooked air tickets with Delta to flight to USH Argentina to get in cruise at this stop on 12/26/2024.
    Must cancel hotel and taxi on 12/21/2024 at InterContinental Buenos Aires, Argentina
    Damaged luggage by Delta airlines

    I contacted the number on the policy and it was a different company (Insure My Trip). They were able to forward me to Nationwide but I was confused on why they would provide an incorrect phone number on their own documents.
