    I have attempted to file a claim but have not been able to successfully do so. I sent an Apple computer file and was told that I needed to send a PDF file. In the meantime my daughter who was sick was sent the wrong forms at least twice but she was given a case number and a location where she could upload her evidence. She called and someone, possibly a secretary told her that I should file my claim with hers since they were related and that they were working on it but heavily burdened with large numbers of claims.

    Today my daughter told me that she is making progress uploading her evidence to a site that was provided to her but that she thinks I may need to do my own and that I need a case number. I've just been using the number issued me when I took out the insurance. I guess I needed to work out the PDF format and respond to the person I have heard from . I am not computer adept and had happily thought my daughter could do it for us both but she isn't a computer whiz either. I have spoken to someone on the phone who was encouraging. midway. I guess I'll try that again as it has become quite confusing.

    Just talked with my daughter and have a clearer picture of how another entity is helping process this and what I have to do to complete a file to them. I will do that in the next few days and maybe by four weeks from now I will have more positive news. I am pleased that they are offering to pay for the more expensive (and sadly disappointing) hotel we were forced to move into as opposed to the charming and cheaper hotel we had to cancel because we couldn't travel as planned. That Is a real plus in my book because it was the actual cost of the emergency the illness created.

    They did not contact me after my initial claim. I reached out to Squaremouth for assistance. They ten reached out and said they were extremely busy. I still have not gotten a reply back since the last email.

    We were able to touch base with this insured today by phone & email. She now understands that she needs to get the reason why her flight was cancelled from her airline so we can properly initiate her reimbursement claim.

    I went to the urgent care with stomach pain, got some medication and went home. It has been one month and a half I submitted a claim and they keep coming back to me every two weeks requiring additional documentation, saying they can’t visualize my documents. This is unacceptable and I’ll never contract their services again.

    This insured’s claim was paid the same week this review was posted which was one month after it was initially opened. We’re sorry our speed of service didn’t meet her standards & hope to have a chance to improve on that in the future.

    Insurance policy certificate did not clearly state what documentation would be needed to file a claim for Covid related trip cancellation. Confusing number of on line sites/names for Go Ready claims. Finally after calling a customer service number was able to get clear details about required documentation for Covid related claim. Claim forms we promptly emailed to me. Two weeks after submitting forms and required documentation have not had updates about the status of my claim.

    The insured’s backup documentation was uploaded 6 business days ago & will be reviewed soon. We received another surge of claims during the heavy summer travel season & are slightly behind our standard processing times. Thank you for your patience.

    It took a really long time to process the claim, the procedure was complex, many things that I understood would be covered were not. I did get a substantial amount of money to cover expenses, but the communications were difficult. At one point they sent me back a form saying it wasn't signed and it was signed. They arbitrarily excluded aspects of my claim. I'd try a different service next time.

    We’re sorry to hear that Mr. Fleischman was dissatisfied with the claim process. It’s worth noting that we were able to process payment within approximately 10 days following receipt of the required backup documentation.

    We’ll take the insured’s comments into account to look for ways to simplify things further moving forward.

    Emailed GoReady with my claim. Return email stated a claims representative would contact me in 7-10 days. They did not. Called the claims phone number. Representative took my information and stated that I needed to sent claim information by email and a claim adjuster would then get in touch with me in 7-10 days. So far, not contacted yet. Very disappointed in their customer service. Would not recommend this company.

    We did correspond with Cathy this past Monday regarding her claim & the backup documentation that would be required. Following this review, we were able to speak with Cathy again & help get her claims initiated. She appears to be happy once again.

    I hope the claim process will be direct and straight forward. I noticed confusing and redundant document requirements requested in the claims portal which could use some review for optimization.

    After receiving this review, we called the insured to make sure they understood what was required to move forward with the claims process. They were clear & provided some nice feedback on ways they thought things could be simplified. That information was shared with our management team.

    We’re sure their claims process will go smoothly from here, but we’re available should they have any questions.
