    Thank you Squaremouth for allowing additional time for a rating until my claim was finished. (Based on my first review comment that the claim was still in process.) This was my first claim experience. My 4-star rating is for GoReady (April) overall. I would have given a 3-star rating based on the time between responses from the company that resolves claims (underwriter?). I don't remember the name. Otherwise I was pleased with GoReady.
    I might use GoReady again as ultimately they did everything they said they would. Hopefully they can address concerns with "Claims Company". Overall, my claim was what I had asked for and within guidelines. I made a couple of typing errors for dates that I can understand would have made a reply and correction required. My largest issue is that it took 3 weeks between responses and only elicited a response from the after I contacted them by phone and asked about the status. For example, I input my birthday instead of the correct current date (Only off by about 71 years and completely my fault!). Still took 3 weeks to let me know I needed some additional info (again only after I called). I can give them some slack because of the global staffing issues, but in my mind these ongoing claims could have followed-up and should have had priority. When I called GoReady they were quick to contact the claims company.

    Totally scam,

    The company engages in deceiving practices to avoid paying at any cost. The claim systems is barely working and it is very hard to follow up. I will not use or recommend this company ever again.

    We have not received any calls or emails from the insured relative to this policy. They have purchased multiple policies from us, so we believe they're referencing the wrong one. On their last policy, they filed a claim which was opened in February & paid out for the full amount claimed the following month.

    I made my claim and uploaded all of my appropriate documents to broadspire claimant upload. It took more than 5 weeks for this to be reviewed for the first time, and even after calling numerous times where they would not even answer the calls, I was finally put into contact with my policy reviser. They told me to drip load one more document which I have done. It has been 3+ weeks since I have uploaded the requested document and they still have not reviewed it or answered my calls. As of now I am still making the claim.

    We had to cancel our February trip. We submitted our claim at the end of January due to covid. We were told that our claim would be addressed in 30 days. After 30 days passed I attempted to call customer service with no answer or explanation for a wait time. Then I called the emergency service number with the same results. Now it’s 12 days into March with no contact from GoReady.
    We are very displeased with this service and their timeliness.

    I have very bad experience with GoReady insurance. I opened claim which was hard to do to begin with. Finally, after a while I reach out to claim representative. She asked me to submit paperwork which I did and since than she disappeared. She's not returning my phone calls, not replying to my emails. It's been 6 months now. Very pure Customer Service.

    As an industry, we have seen an unprecedented spike in the number of claims over the last years, which at times has translated into a backlog as result of the pandemic. In this case, the adjudication process for this claim is a bit more laborious since it requires a lot of supporting documentation for us to review which is why it has taken longer than usual. On 03/08, the assigned adjuster requested further documents to adjudicate her claim, which we are currently waiting to receive in order to make final determination.

    I filled on 28th of January and made claim get documentation mail 9th of February but i still didn’t get confirmation and in website never reviewed i am very sad about your service !!!’

In the case of this claim, we are awaiting documentation from his sister in order to initiate the claim. Once received, the claim will be reviewed in a timely manner by one of our licensed adjusters.

    I uploaded documents supporting my claim more than a month ago and they are still unreviewed. This is in addition to it taking weeks to just get the information on how to submit a claim.

    One of the two of us had to cancel travel due to illness. The claim information was sent uploaded on 10 Feb 2022 and still hasn't been processed. I haven't heard anything from Broadspire. It's a little confusing between GoReady, Squaremouth and now Broadspire. I don't know who does what.

    We have contacted this insured & had to leave a voicemail as they did not answer. Our records indicate that we do not have an open claim for this insured, have not received an email or phone call from them in the last 8 months. Our voicemail stated that we will be happy to initiate a claim for them if they contact us back.
