    it took avery long time for the claim to be paid and multiple phone calls

Our Claims Manager reviewed our APRIL records following the receipt of this online review and confirmed that this claim was settled within the promised 30 business days.
    Our team received the completed claim forms on 9/1/15. APRIL's adjustors settled the claim, for the full amount, on 9/22/15.

    A letter was mailed to me on October 1st to say the claim had been settled and the check would be sent separately. So far as of the 8th, I have not received a check.

    All service reps were cordial and efficient.

    ATP policy was quick easy to purchase, affordable and coverage was clearly explained . I did get sick on vacation and had to file a claim. It was handled promptly and without any hassle. While I hope never to have to use it again, I will certainly continue to purchase my travel policies from ATP. Peace of mind is priceless.

    I am waiting for an affidavit to sign stating that I will not use any of the miles since I cancelled the trip. This could have been made clear to me a lot sooner.

    April Travel Protection is dragging their heels in paying medical bills and trip interruption claims. They keep saying it is still under review, but has been over 2 months.

    although it took several week to process the claim I can honestly say I was impressed with the process . I submitted documentation requested once with the relevant claim form and lo and behold several checks arrived a few weeks later with no queries and settlement for what I requested in full.

    I submitted a claim for delayed baggage to APRIL on and have yet to hear from them! Not even an acknowledgement that they are working on my claim!
    As such, I am only giving a 4* rating for now. In the event they settle my claim correctly, I will change my rating to 5*; otherwise, I will drop my rating to NO or 1* !
