    I've sent the same set of information to APRIL 3 times and they keep on asking for the same document without realizing they already have it…. very frustrating. Because of this I have not received any reimbursement yet….
    Despite this problem I have had good experience with their customer service that is trying to find a resolution.

    I sent the claim in and have not heard from them thus far. When I did speak to them, I was told they had all the information they needed. That was 3 weeks ago.

    Our experience with APRIL Travel Protection was 5 stars up until we had to file a complaint. We rate it now with 0 stars because it is almost 4 months and our claim has not yet been resolved. Very disappointing.

    My travel partner became very sick soon after arriving in Mexico. There was no time to contact April as he needed treatment immediately. We contacted April a couple of days later and they told us what paperwork to get but we had limited internet and phone access so we did not file a claim until we returned home. Their customer service was excellent at walking me through the process and they settled the claim quickly. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

    Pending the outcome of my submitted claim and the attention I receive on the claim, I will be better able to rate the ins. provider at a later date. When I called from overseas to the 24 hour travel assistance hotline about the claim or issue, I could not get any answer. It appeared that the line was not functioning. However, I was able to get an answer from the regular telephone number. Please contact me in about four weeks for a proper evaluation and review.

    claim mailed on March 10, 2015. Per USPS the claim is scheduled for delivery to April TP on March 16

    I kam on the FIFTH round of resubmitting the same documents. A different specialist makes a redundant request as she does not have the documents already sub,itted to another specialist. Now I have received a letter from another company demanding the same thing as well as doctor records. This policy was purchased and paid as CANCEL For ANY REASON. This constitues BAD FAITH

    We recognize there were duplicate requests for additional documentation, and apologize for her frustration.
    This experience has allowed April the opportunity to review our standard operating procedures and implement modifications which will benefit our future clients.
    We are happy to share, as of last week, her case has been settled and checks have been mailed.

    I still need a written note to let me know why some items were decided. I thought they were to contact me. Thanks. It is easy to buy, but difficult to put in a claim.
