    I am so grateful to GoReady for covering the costs of my trip that I would have otherwise lost when our airline canceled our flight. My only negative comment is that the website's size restrictions on the documents that I was required to upload in support of my claim were so small that I could only upload three pages at a time. It took me several tries to figure this out; once I did, it was fine. I would definitely use GoReady again -- thank you!

    It’s been 4 days. I’d sent I. Documentation for baggage damage and asked to initiate the claim for the same. The agent seems to have overlooked the official report and didn’t open claim. I’m still waiting despite sending two further emails on that with the official report snapshot.

    The insured asked to initiate 3 separate claims for their trip. One of those claims was due to damage that the airline caused to a piece of their luggage. They correctly initiated a report of that with the airline & provided us proof showing that. However, they did not provide us the outcome of that open claim with the airline. That’s what we have requested from them. We have checked their documentation a second time & the outcome of that open case with the airline has not been provided to us by the insured.

    I’m in the middle of trying to get my claim settled. But I have to say you guys make it so difficult! My wife had /has a serious lung issue, which is why we canceled our trip. The day my wife called she was put on hold for a long, long time. Finally, she was told what she needed to submit to you. Got the doctors note and also submitted emails from Royal Caribbean stating that our trip was canceled . Communicated via email with all this. She gets an email stating my doctors note is unacceptable because it didn’t state a diagnosis. Really!! Isn’t that a HIPPA violation? But , I’m working on it. Now I’m waiting for a response for the info I forwarded from Royal Caribbean. Which I’m sure there will be issue! Let’s just say we are not happy with our experience with your service.

    I was unable to travel because of a medical problem but my wife did go on the trip. I filed a claim early this week (actually I started the process 3 weeks ago, it is a multi-step process), and it's currently in the hands of Affinity.

    It was a relief during the drawn-out claims process knowing that Squaremouth would guide me through a complaint process should it be needed.

    Before my trip, GoReady provided me with handy information sheets to use to prove that I was insured and to let me know how to proceed in the event I needed help. I left for my trip, secure that I had the information and coverage that I needed. Thank you, GoReady!

    When on testing positive for Covid during my trip, I sent an email to GoReady Insurance, I received a prompt response that let me know that an official test result would be needed. I was reassured by the prompt and helpful reply. I will update my comments after I file documentation of my claim. Thank you, GoReady!

    Go Ready is reviewing my claim but although I have sent all the information they requested, they always come back wanting more information and for me to resend information I already sent.
    I don't know what to do anymore to get results. I don't have a name of a person I can contact to discuss the matter, nor do I have a telephone number to call.
    GoReady is disastrous...

    This insured has corresponded with our office 8 times over the last few weeks & is still for some reason confused about what backup documentation she needs to provide. Immediately after receiving this review, we had a manager call & email the insured. We left her a voicemail & she has yet to return our call or email.

    We’ll look forward to adjudicating her claim once she provides some backup documentation for the adjuster to review.

    Initially, CS rep provided me assurance on some of the insurance policy details.
    My follow up call to request claim documents was a bit of a disappointment. The rep sent me a form to complete and a link which i uploaded all the documents.
    Your third party vendor who reviews claims advised me the wrong claim form was submitted after the go ready rep sent me the form. It was the difference between medical or non-medical reason for cancellation. I had originally told the rep the reason for the cancellation was medical and yet the wrong form was sent to me.
    That was a waste of ten days.

    We checked out system and can see that our GoReady Customer Service representative did correctly initiate your claim due to Sickness of the Insured. Our IT department is looking into the reason why you were sent the wrong claim form. We have also asked for your claim to be expedited due to the delay you incurred on the front end. Our apologies for that.

    My trip was interrupted and I could not fly home as planned, so I filed a claim based on "cancel for any reason". They denied my claim saying that only a total cancellation is covered under "for any reason."

    After receiving this review, we contacted Bradley once more to reconfirm if by chance he interrupted his trip for one of the reasons listed in the policy. Unfortunately, it was by choice. This also gave us the opportunity to explain that Cancel For Any Reason coverage is no longer available to be used once you’re within 2 days of departure on all travel insurance policies, not just ours. He understood the situation better now.

    We filed a claim with GoReady for trip cancellation due to a medical reason for which a doctor had advised against travel. Because it was the week before our departure our tour company refunded nothing, so the claim was for the whole amount of the trip ($13,000+). We received a check for the full amount of our claim today, exactly 14 weeks after first contacting GoReady. When we first called GoReady we were informed that processing was taking 6-8 weeks so it took a little longer than expected, and some follow-up calls were necessary. However, the various representatives were always pleasant and helpful, and the process to submit documentation online was very easy. I would give them five stars except for the amount of time it took to get the refund.
