    Before Trip
    The insurance carrier had erroneously added a letter to my e-mail address and the paperwork didn't arrive in a timely matter. However, once I realized I never received confirmation or the policy, I called the 1-800 number and we found the error and the paperwork was supposed to be sent. That didn't happen in the time frame promised. When I called the second time, I received the documentation within a minute, so the error was quickly corrected. I would use the company and the service again.

    During Trip
    Fortunately, we never needed to contact the insurance carrier or customer service during or after the trip. I like the hurricane coverage included and it made me feel better about going to Mexico in October.
