Always very satisfied with service. Would like to see you design a plan for snow birds who rent for the winter in FL to cover nonrefundable rentals agreements if required. No medical needed just a rental agreement plan that is affordable. I think it would do well and your liability would be very low.

Very helpful. Due to a health issue it was possible we needed to cancel our trip. We called to discuss our coverage and this possibility and found helpful agents. Thankfully we did not have to cancel our trip or make a claim.

We had to cancel the trip.

Due to an accident and an unhealed wound, we had to cancel our vacation. The insurance company gave clear directions on how to make a claim. I sent in the paperwork and we were refunded the full amount of the vacation. Any questions were addressed by a claim specialist. I am very satisfied with the company.
