We filed our claim and received a refund in about 3 weeks with the only hassle being filling out the paperwork, but it was fine and we would consider this company in the future as well as rec it.

Although we had trip cancellation coverage, Squaremouth did not 'cover that type of cause' for cancellation. We do not recommend Squaremouth, as it does not stand up to the agreement.
