I purchased this travel insurance while in the UK, extending my trip there. when i arrived home in Canada I found the documentation had arrived here which didn't really help me while i was away.During Trip
All those at Squaremouth especially Brandi Morse was wonderful when I spoke to her reassuring me all the way to the UK and back.Claim Process

Only thing was they did not understand when I gave them my wife's name, which is Paula J. Leman but when I contacted them about that they sent me a corrected document.During Trip

I was not able to complete my trip due to surgery. My claim was submitted prior to my surgery but it took over three months, with many delays, unreturned phone & email calls & incorrect information provided to finally receive my check. I suggest you find another insurer.
