I didn't have contact with SquareMouth during our trip.Claim Process
A piece of luggage was damaged somewhere enroute--the airline denied coverage, citing "normal wear and tear." I have not yet filed a claim with Square Mouth.

At one point I thought I was going to have to cancel my trip and I emailed the company. They responded promptly and explained what I needed to do.During Trip

Having the policy is a comfort for me. It is hard to travel away from my aging mother without knowing that I can cancel the trip or return early without great financial loss should something happen and I need to be with her.During Trip
