    Having the policy is a comfort for me. It is hard to travel away from my aging mother without knowing that I can cancel the trip or return early without great financial loss should something happen and I need to be with her.

    This was the first time I have used this service and I will definitey recommend it to everybody! I had a question right after I finished the online purchas so I called your number. The agent was very professional and courteous. My question was answered and handled right away. I bought this for my daughter that travelled on a school trip and I definitely recommend it !

    We did not need to contact the emergency hotline thank goodness, but we are sure that we would not have had a problem if we did.
