    I submitted my claim electronically through CBPconnect.com
    I received an email saying they received my claim, however I was never contacted by anyone. I never received a further email. And when logging in to check status at cbpconnect.com it is as if there were never any claims submitted. I am not at all pleased with any communication that I have had with them when our trip was interrupted and they offered the wrong advice on what to do concerning issues we had with our trip

    I like the on-line "auction" model to purchase insurance at the price point I want (<= 10%). Since I have not completed the claim process, I can not comment on that.

    I canceled my claim for alternative travel expenses due to Southwest Airline travel disruption. This was because Southwest paid for the expenses I incurred.

    As a result, I really have no actual experience with the claim process beyond robo-replies to my initial form submissions.

    So far I’ve had a poor experience submitting the claim. The website submission process wouldn’t work so I had to email the claim. I’ve had no response except a form email.

    I had some trouble with getting information from the airline that I needed for your use. I have now sent everything in my second group of documents on an email and have had correspondence from the company.

    Customer service person was great when we changed our trip a month before departure and got a refund and a modified policy for new trip.
    When filing claim, customer service person was not totally helpful

    Stated that forms will be send & will receive in 10 days.
    To date, Dec. 27th and still have not receive the forms.

    I called with a question about flights and other cancellations. Our flight was delayed 5 plus hours and we were trying line other plans up and I had questions about the policy and it rules about half or limited stays. Those questions were answered.

    My experience has been great. The service rep was very nice. I thought the coverage was exceptional. I would recommend Trawick International to everyone. I makes the trip more enjoyable knowing there are numerous issues you don't have to worry about.
