    Everything was very easy and very helpful. The price was very good and I look forward to using this company again of future trips

    I did not use or contact the company while on the trip

    Claim Process
    I have not yet sent in my claim as I just received the forms and am now in the process of filling out the paperwork. However, the phone conversation for my initial questions were handled very nicely and the claim forms were sent to my email directly, so, so far everyone has been very helpful

    The staff at Squearmouth are well versed in the policies.
    They are very helpful and cheerful and genuinely seem interested in helping their customers.

    I've been using Squaremouth affair years and have been pleased with my experience every time. The service is very efficient and very thorough.

    During Trip
    I did not use the emergency help line or customer service.

    Claim Process
    I did not make a claim. (I'm on my iPad—did my selection of "no" not register when I responded to the email's question of whether or not I would make a claim?)
