well im about to see if you are truly speaking truth and will not post my name or email. (i give permission to fix the caps and and paragraph breaks as needed... ) Since i did not have a claim, i cant speak to the quality of the provider so i did not.
While preparing for our trip, a relative recommended SquareMouth as a way to find travel insurance. This proved to be an excellent choice. My experience as a first-time purchaser was outstanding. Choosing any type of insurance is challenging and the path to selection of the provider company and associated policy features through the SquareMouth website was visual, logical, and had a clear policy-comparison functionality. i spoke by phone with the SquareMouth support team three times, (some early questions, a midnight panic, and a final "am i about to push the right button?"). I cannot speak more highly about the quality of those phone calls. Exactly what you want and especially need when making these types of decisions. The pre-trip follow-up and document prep was well-done, non-intrusive, and very welcome. As we plan our next trip, we will be using SquareMouth for our insurance selection. kudos
MAYBE NOT FOR PUBLICATION, but during my experience with SquareMouth i had made some comments about my thoughts on some details in the website functionality and i ended up with a very cool conversation with i think a software dev person who asked good questions and indicated that some of what i had commented on had been noted previously by that team. that kind of responsiveness is so valuable and is unfortunately kind of rare. thanks
I travel a lot and always buy my insurance through SquareMouth. The website is easy to use, gives me lots of options and has good pricing. I filed a claim for a flight delay, but didn't realize that my delay wasn't long enough to qualify - so my claim was rightfully denied. The process was easy and the communication was clear.
Fast efficient service. I’ve used them several times to insure our vacations. Had a minor claim on my first cruise. Was reimbursed quickly. Had to cancel my world cruise when my husband broke his knee cap and physician advised against traveling. Reimbursed for the entire trip within a couple of weeks. Excellent service. Will definitely be using them again for our next vacation.
Very easy to purchase. Good communication.
I had difficulty figuring out how to file the claim online, especially with the limit of five receipts that can be submitted. The seven corners customer services people hopefully communicated with me by email and in the end I completed the PDF form they sent me which was easier to manage. I mailed my claim yesterday at the post office.
They do not have 24 hour service. Just an answering service. I had an urgent question on Saturday and they said I could not talk to someone until Monday. And then they didn’t return the call, ever.
Unfortunately I have a future policy with them.
Had my backpack stolen in Barcelona. Among other things my hearing aid charger and car keys were in the backpack. When I read the exclusions I found out they weren’t covered. WHY NOT? Several days later I fell down some stairs. I thought I broke my wrist. Before seeking medical attention, I tried to call every contact number listed for prior approval but none of them worked. WHY NOT?
just waiting for claim settlement
Had a very smooth pre departure. However, we did need to file a claim regarding the flight back home as it was cancelled without notice. I have emailed Seven Corners claims department to initiate the process.
I appreciated the email just prior to leaving for our trip.
