    The initial interaction was good, but there has been no resolution or progress update yet. I have filed two claims. One for ticket reimbursement for one person not being able to travel due to a family medical situation and one for delayed luggage.

    My trip was great without any issues so I did not have to use the insurance. However, I was grateful for the peace of mind of knowing I had insurance in case it was needed. I would purchase again.

    I will not be using John Hancock again. When I set up the cancel for any reason policy I was told I would be able to increase the amount covered as the amount of loss deposit increases. The problem was resolved but not without headache. I have used Squaremouth many times before but they did not assist me with this issue.

    John Hancock IA is a very well known and trusted name in the industry as well as in history. I particularly liked the quality of the policy and the ease of understanding the product as well as how easy it was to navigate the process.
