    Before Trip
    Squaremouth customer service agent was available by telephone with no wait, and cheerfully explained all the insurance options to me. All information and documents arrived quickly. Very helpful!!

    Before Trip
    The agent answered all my questions and was very helpful in making the purchase.

    During Trip
    We are making a claim for an emergency hospital stay in Italy but I did not have to call while there because when I showed the info that I had on the policy we had purchased they said "we will send you the bill and you can take it from there". They didn't ask for any money or credit card.

    Claim Process
    We have not heard anything yet about the claim so I can not answer these questions.

    It was hard to find the details of the policy and when I called to ask for it before the trip I was referred to the web page with the same very general information.

    During Trip
    I just sent in my claim for trip interruption due to my domestic partner's hospitalization. Too soon to comment just now. Please ask me in 3 weeks.
