    So far so good. I have carefully read the requirements for my claim and sent it in and am now waiting for it to be received and then processed. I look forward to Squaremouth's help if I need it. Hopefully things will go smoothly. The rep that talked to my husband the day or two following I was released from the hospital ..was efficient so we feel confident things will be handled properly.

    Global and I have communicated back and forth several times to clarify issues and to obtain information and documentation. Their requests have been clear, and my questions have been answered quickly. Now all I need is quick resolution and a check.

    Had trip insurance on 2 B2B cruises and they were cancelled. We then arranged a single cruise that would depart 2 weeks later.
    When I contacted Global, they immediately took all the steps necessary to re-issue my trip insurance for the new cruise and refund the excess payment from the two cancelled cruises. They are the reason to Never Travel without Trip Insurance.

    The initial purchase was easy, and I would give that experience 5 stars. However, as I made increases to my coverage as payments became due for this (very expensive) trip, I had to contact the insurer, Global Alert, directly by email. They were not particularly responsive, and I usually had to follow up with a phone call to confirm additional premium due and to confirm that the insured amount was properly increased. It would have been much easier to make those changes through Square Mouth. Perhaps this procedure could be improved.
