    We have a minimal medical claim but it has proven to be impossible to navigate to make the claim. We also would like to know if we can make an airfare claim

    When I filed my claim it sounded a bit chaotic in the background. The representative was fine in collecting my information however with the cacophony of people in the background it was difficult to pay attention to what they were saying.

    Matt Petty was the agent who helped me immensely in making an informed decision about which policy would best suit my travel situation. Please review the recorded call if you need to but I followed up with him and felt his attention to our needs was professional, to the point and certainly out me at ease. My father was given 6 mo the to live and I had questions about the policy's particular with regard to him being potentially on hospice as opposed to having passed away. He handled this quite well as it was an emotional and difficult time for our family. The coverage he suggested was a perfect fit for us. For many reasons I wanted to be sure he got the recognition for his assistance.

    I was never notified about my claim. It was fully legitimate, clearly within the policy terms. I only found out that it was denied by checking online. They never bothered to explain why it was denied. I am very disappointed with this treatment and believe that my claim should have been approved. I wanted to make sure that other customers are aware of the poor service I received from global alert.

    I had a medical emergency while on my trip so, I called Global Alert regarding my trip interruption. Global Alert was so professional and friendly!!
    They calmed my nerves and reassured me everything was going to be ok during the claim process.

    This whole process was very difficult. Don't know whether it was Squaremouth or Global Alert, but both companies kept passing me back and forth, blaming the other for lack of information and wrong information. Don't know if I'll use Squaremouth again or not.

    You are correct, some additional information is necessary. We request all date changes in writing to ensure accuracy. Since we do not store your credit card information, we needed that information to add trip cost to your policy.
