    During Trip
    I didn't use customer service during the trip. I did have cause to see the ship's doctor, and did spend about $60 on medications for a bacterial infection. It didn't occur to me that I might file a claim for that until just now receiving this review form. Should I file a claim?

    Have not filed a claim, and don't mind if I don't find a claim, as the insurance was intended to cover serious expenses, not just a $60 amount. So I can't comment about any of the above.

    I did not have to contact the carrier so I can't comment on customer service in general other than to say that all documentation was received as promised.

    Thankfully, I did not have a need to contact the carrier or use their services.

    Before Trip
    I was under the impression that I would receive a policy from the insurer, not just a one page summary of the coverage. I have never received a policy only the one-page summary and the mock policy that is in PFD format on your site.
