    I had a small claim. I spent about 3 hours gathering documents. Waited a month. And they told me I needed to get more documents, including statements from the companies involved. So it isn’t worth it. They didn’t deny my claim, but they successfully made it too difficult for me to pursue. It’s typical insurance. They do everything possible to avoid paying. So they win.

    easy to contact a customer service agent to update the policy travel period. I needed to adjust my begin date and end date and it was super easy to accomplish.

    I had to cancel the trip that this policy was originally purchased for. After talking with an agent, I was comforted to know that it could be transferred to another trip. We did so and are very pleased that we didn't need to use the coverage. Thank you.
