Didn't contact them at all but the information sheet was great to have.

Claim Process
No claim this trip. Other trip we did have a claim and it was payed promptly and we had no complaints with Four Corners. We use Squaremouth for all our trips to book the insurance and have been very happy overall

Claim Process
So far SquareMouth has even not acknowledged receipt of the paperworkfor the claim. Dealing with SM re the submital and processing has been a very poor experience.
