Before Trip I changed the dates of my trip and new documents were forwarded right away without any troubles.
During Trip Didn't need any service during the trip...all went as planned

During Trip Didn't contact them at all but the information sheet was great to have.
Claim Process No claim this trip. Other trip we did have a claim and it was payed promptly and we had no complaints with Four Corners. We use Squaremouth for all our trips to book the insurance and have been very happy overall

Claim Process So far SquareMouth has even not acknowledged receipt of the paperworkfor the claim. Dealing with SM re the submital and processing has been a very poor experience.

Before Trip No problem through custom and security. Everything went smoothly
During Trip Haven't had the need to use the hotline to comment so but it was relieving to know that im insured incase unfortunate incidents were to happen
