Service before the scheduled trip was excellent. However, some of the assurances given by the sales representative are now in question by the claim agent.During Trip
Trip was not taken due to health issues by Virginia LoweClaim Process
After assurances by the sales representative that money would be refunded, the claim was denied by the insurance carrier claims analyst. An appeal is being prepared.
