The agent answered all my questions and was very helpful in making the purchase.During Trip
We are making a claim for an emergency hospital stay in Italy but I did not have to call while there because when I showed the info that I had on the policy we had purchased they said "we will send you the bill and you can take it from there". They didn't ask for any money or credit card.Claim Process
We have not heard anything yet about the claim so I can not answer these questions.
