    Before Trip
    It was hard to find the details of the policy and when I called to ask for it before the trip I was referred to the web page with the same very general information.

    During Trip
    I just sent in my claim for trip interruption due to my domestic partner's hospitalization. Too soon to comment just now. Please ask me in 3 weeks.

    This company needs to revise its policy of no refund or exchange of policy cost if the travel company (not the traveler) canceled the trip.
