Very Dissatisfied so far...slow and unresponsive. I’ve had claims with Allianz before that were fast and easy—very responsive company with great customer service. Travel Insured International is slow rolling the process and won’t even tell me if my package is complete after 2.5 weeks of receiving it. They took forever to even confirm receipt of my travel claim package.

Worst customer service ever! Extremely slow to respond. Strategy seems to be to wear you down and slow roll the process so you will give up. Asked for the same documents previously provided 2 and 3 times! Extremely frustrating. Have had 2 travel claims with Allianz and the process was simple, quick and so easy. Complete opposite with Travel Insured International. Their goal seems to be to make it as complicated as possible...and slow as possible. Will NEVER use them again!

I like purchasing my travel insurance with Square Mouth because I am able to get all the coverage I need. Our families have elderly people, and we still work. Having that coverage is essential so both trip interruption or cancellation must be covered for those reasons. Other companies only offer one plan.

I had a horrible experience with my claim. I completed the paperwork as asked not once, not twice but 3 times. There has to be a better company to work with!

My Husband had a heart attack and surgery in September prior to the trip we were advised not to travel at that time. Filed all the necessary paperwork we have not received the refund I understand it is a timely process it has been . We have filed all the required forms and all the copies of credit card statements showing the cruise was paid for by our credit cards in a timely manner

Evidently I forgot to put in the amount of my trip (which was cancelled, due to a mechanical problem with Delta Airlines) I blame my error on being 84. I will be reimbursed for my flight, by Delta, but not for the rest, $1990.00.
So what did I get for my $127.00 premium?

I was scheduled to go on a Tour of Ecuador. Just 2 days before I was to leave the Ecuadorian government removed the subsidies on fuel and the gas prices went up by a minuscule amount. The Ecuadorian idiot people rioted, burned, looted, robbed ,blocked roads the president had to leave the capital and move to another city. The US state department advised if you are there leave and do not go there. My tour company evacuated the 2 tours that were there and the tour I was to go on was cancelled. The tour company gave me my complete money back, the airline waved the change fee and I will take a different flight elsewhere , the parking was refunded and Travel Insured International refunded me the full insurance premium. I cancelled the reservation at the Friends Hostel in Ecuador and NEVER went there or used any of their services. They tried to charge me for a full three nights plus other fees and are a bunch of Ecuadorian crooks. I called my credit card company who said and I did, lock my credit card and I will change the account so these crooks can not charge the account. I did NOT re-book the tour at a later date
I booked a tour to Australia for March 2020 and I purchased the travel insurance thru Square-Mouth travel insurance and got the insurance from Travel Insured international and I recommend both of them.

We had our luggage delayed for 36 hours traveling after traveling more than 17 hours from ATL to Rome. We bought our necessity and kept our receipt. The claim was initiated right after the event on Sept 19 but we didn't get to reply with the documents as we were traveling and had tight schedule. We gather the needed documents and send to them on Oct 6 without any reply. Resend on Oct 12 with documents and got no reply. Again trying to get confirmation via phone and email on Oct 14 and was told to wait for 15-20 days. This time they updated the status online.. Today is Nov 1st, we called and again was told that there is too many pending claims piling up and call back in 15-20 days. Do note that over this occasion, it is just us contacting them, there isn't any reply from them other than the first automated email saying you submitted your claim.
