However since I filled out the claim forms I have not been contacted, no emails and no phone calls. The insurance company is open Monday to Friday other than if you need help with a claim but I work doing the week. It would be more helpful if I could contact them on the weekend. So I am going to call them on Monday to find out if they need anything else or what is the status of my claim.

Useless. My flight was delayed. The airline finally got me on another flight so I was ok.
