    I purchased my policy for a Christmas Market River cruise with Uniworld from 28 November through 5 December, 2018. Unfortunately, due to low river water levels, my cruise was cancelled by Uniworld. After notifying Travel Insured International customer service I was advised that I could apply my policy to another trip booked by January, 2021 if I intended to file no claims against this policy. This is my intent and I look forward to using this policy on a future trip.

    I would have liked the option of purchasing just an emergency medical plan. I also think it needs to be easier to find if the insurer is Primary or Secondary. Otherwise I found the website to be very intuitive and easy to navigate

    Great on line process. I hope we never have to file a claim. Policy seemed to cover what we needed but don't know until disaster strikes.

    We purchased travel insurance, however our river cruise had to be canceled due to low water levels on the Rhine River. When we called we were advised we had 30 months to book another cruise and use the insurance coverage. We would have preferred a rebate of our money.
