Before Trip
We received our policy information by email within a few hours of purchasing our policy.

During Trip
We had to cancel our trip a few weeks before departure due to my husband's illness and hospitalization.

Claim Process
We filed our claim online and downloaded all the necessary forms. After waiting for the Attending Physician's Statement from our doctor, we mailed the claim forms on 10/2/10.

called about the train cancellation delay. We were affected by the french protest. We were told we could get reimbursed for a extra night hotel stay

No claim filed. My one concern -- after purchasing the policy, I found it might not have covered further volcano-related flight delays -- this could have been clarified up front.
