They received a document from the Cardiologist in Paris,France, and claimed that they can’t open the file in the format it was sent, and demanded a PDF file.
I couldn’t contact the Dr., and needed to get back to the US ASAP. To continue my treatment. So I arranged my travel by myself, as my flights options were limited.
Hope that the claim process will be smooth.

Process to get the clai form was clunky (took one phone call and several online inquiries.) Form was straightforward. Timeline for processing was acceptable. Unfortunately, claim was denied but they gave a thorough description of what claim was not covered.

The third-party company Trawick uses to handle claims has locked us out of the claim portal and we cannot get in contact with anyone to help us. I believe this is an intentional ploy And will be filing with the Better Business Bureau as well as Remember possibly pursuing a class action lawsuit
