Before Trip Aside from sending me the documents I had no contact with the insurance carrier before my trip.
During Trip I had no contact at all with the insurance carrier during my trip.

Before Trip Didn't receive mailed documentation, just the e-mail. Not marking down "customer service" but my only contact was through the e-mail site. If you had a "did not experience," I would have checked that.
During Trip Called the e-mailed emergency number from Madrid, using expensive i-Phone minutes, but was told that the insurer was no longer served at that number and given another number to call. I gave up.
Claim Process Haven't made it yet, but will be after receiving airline confirmation of the delay time on my return flight. So far it appears that I will be sending in a lot of documentation for a minor payment on an overnight delay.

Before Trip we purchased our incurance online and did not have any personal contact with any employee but your online information was clear and easy to understand.
During Trip again...thankfully we did not have any issue which would have made us experience your customer service but i am impressed that you are taking the time to read this survey and make the efforts you are. this is worthy of 5 star rating.
