    Claim Process
    Extremely unhappy, claim is in dispute. I would never use them or you ever again. I paid for canel any time insurance for the entire span. The "bad word" insurance comapmy is denies claim becuase girl friend got pregnant. They refused claiming it was pre existing condition on Feb 1st and I paid for insurance meid march. SHE wasnt pregnant feb 1st and they know that.

    Before Trip
    We decided to leave a day earlier because of the danger that we would miss the ship if there was a weather related delay. I called the company to change the start date to one day earlier. They refused even though I wasn't making any claim due to the cost of the ticket change. I only wanted the coverage in case my luggage was lost.

    I had to phone in to Squaremouth for help. The help recieved was GREAT!!!

    During Trip
    The trip went off without a hitch. No need to contact the carrier

    I did not really have any contact with anyone other than email....the documents came quickly once I booked the policy online.

    During Trip
    We did not use the helpline but was glad it was there in case we did need it. I do not know how to rate the insurance carrier as we did not have to use them (luckily) during our trip.
