We publish all reviews and ratings - both positive and negative - about a provider’s performance before, during, and after a customer’s trip. The result is a database of feedback from customers with diverse travel plans, trip costs, and coverage types.

We ask each customer to provide an overview of the insurance company’s performance before their departure date:
- Did the traveler have questions for customer service, make changes to their travel insurance coverage, or receive all necessary documentation?
- What was the quality of the service they received before they traveled?
Experience During the Trip
We ask each customer to rate their travel insurance provider’s performance while they were away from home:
- Did the traveler need help with lost luggage, trip delays, an itinerary change, a medical emergency, or any other event?
- How did the provider help?
Experience Filing a Claim
If a claim was filed, we ask each customer how their travel insurance company handled their claim:
- How easy was it to file a claim?
- Was it completed promptly?
- Was the traveler satisfied with the outcome?
