    This was really only an electronic interaction. There was no opportunity for customer service.

    During Trip
    I did not have any pressing needs for the medical portion of my trip. I will see how the claim process goes.

    Before Trip
    The insurer didn't include the full mailing address, so my documents and ID card never arrived. When I called the insurance company & asked them to send another copy to another address that would forward it to me, that was never sent either.

    During Trip
    Never used the insurance during the duration of my stay.
