    Found the carrier on line and discovered that the coverage I purchased was better than that offered by the tour company yet it was half the price!

    There was no need to contact customer service. We received the documents within 48hrs of the insurance purchase.

    Up until the trip it was a good experience

    Trip was canceled due to Iceland ash .. information given during adequate but incomplete

    Conitued requests for inforamtion and lost faxes required an enormous amount of dupl;icate work and letter FedExed to president was not answered .. I will not be using this carrier again
