    Claim Process
    A lot of paperwork, but we received compensation we didn't know we were entitled to. I was impressed.

    All done online. Therefore no personal contact. But web site was user friendly and contained all the information necessary.

    Have a plan that fit our needs at a reasonable price.

    During Trip
    Our travels went fine, so we did not need to use the insurance carrier, but having the insurance sure gave me peace of mind before and during our trip.
