    Before Trip
    I had to contact the carrier just prior to departure in order to alter coverage dates. I got thru to the customer service department immediately and a very efficient individual took the information and quickly sent an updated coverage document with the changes corrected.

    During Trip
    Thankfully, never had to contact the carrier as there were no insurance related questions or problems.

    Having just the right policy for me, thanks to my "agent", meant I could relax and not worry about anything during my trip to Africa!
    I plan to use "Squaremouth" again in May for my next long distance trip.

    During Trip
    Thankfully, I didn't need to use my insurance policy!

    Claim Process
    Again, none of the above was necessary, thankfully.

    I was easily able to upgrade the amount of insurance I required when I added costs to my itinerary.

    During Trip
    I did not contact the carrier during the trip

    Claim Process
    I don't know yet since I just mailed them the paperwork with my medical receipts.

    I made two claims, one for a missed connection and one for damage to a rental car. Both were just paid without any problem. I highly recommend this company. I will use them again.
