    We actually did not need to contact anyone directly, but the website was easy to navigate to set up our policy.

    Before Trip
    So far no problem in correcting the fare amount. I mistakenly doubled the fare when applying for the insurance then later realized the mistake. Called and it was taken care of politely and quickly. I should get a correction on my next statement.
