    It was a trip of a lifetime, 9 total pilgrims, included a cruise to Turkey.

    My husband hurt his ankle on the cruise. Due to limited staff availability per the staff there were too many critically ill patients. We opted to elevate, ice, rest, and use crutches. So far, our claim of $32 for the crutches is being denied because we don’t have doctor or hospital notes. Insane.

    Customer service is excellent. The terms of the policy were a little muddled. One of our flight times changed by a few hours. I thought the policy would grant a change of flight, but that was only if the flight was delayed by a certain amount of hours or if the airline cancelled the flight.

    Square Mouth was very helpful when we purchased insurance for 2 trips, and when we had to cancel both trips for serious medical reasons. Stacey helped us through the claims process, and also offering advice on options to try to get uninsured and non refundable airfare back, which worked! Had she not helped us and given us extra advice on something we hadn’t insured, we would have lost $8,000. Because they helped us purchase the right policies in the beginning, we were able to get all our travel deposits returned. We always use SquareMouth and recommend them to our friends.

    No issues this trip but my previous trip my wife broke her hip in Amsterdam. The insurance coverage was superb. Everything we needed and we couldnt have asked for more.

    I was able to reach the insurance company easily by phone without a long wait. They were able to help me move the dates of the policy and add to coverage easily. They answered coverage questions easily. It was a pleasurable and easy process,

    It’s a complicated medical issue with care provided by St Michael Hospital in Dublin. St Michaels could not provide the basic medical tests/scans I needed to obtain an accurate medical diagnosis. I felt I had no choice but to check out and fly home to the US to receive proper medical care.

    Travel Insured said they probably would not cover my hospitalization in Dublin.

    I am still being treated for my medical issue, once my care is complete I will pursue obtaining all the records and filing a claim.
